How to Get Started

If you have questions or would like to inquire about commencing the Comprehensive Adjudication process, send us an inquiry below. This form is submitted via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, please contact us by phone at (415) 640-2212 or directly by email.

Comprehensive Adjudication is only appropriate for businesses or individuals with actual legal disputes that, otherwise, would be decided in the public court system.  It is not appropriate for deciding nonlegal disputes such as the neighbor’s barking dog, a spouse’s refusal to take out the garbage or disappointment over the size of a raise at work.

  • Please provide contact information for your preferred methods of communication below so that CASES can respond to your inquiry.
  • Please enter your inquiry here. (Feel free to include any details about your dispute that you would like us to know at this point in time)
  • DISCLAIMER: CASES will not voluntarily disclose any of the information you have provided above without your consent. However, electronic communications and records are sometimes subject to unauthorized intrusion and you should not send information electronically that is confidential. By sending the information provided above, you agree that CASES is not liable for any intrusion or disclosure that is not intentionally and expressly authorized by CASES.
